Accounts Preparation

The most important role of any accounting practice is that of preparation of statements. We prepare financial statements for clients to the highest and most recent financial standards.

Although a large proportion of our time is taken up with accounts preparation we pride ourselves in helping our clients to look forward rather than just back on historical data.

We will assist the client in preparing forecasts and realistic targets and subsequently compare those forecasts with the actual results.

 

As we are registered with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants to carry out statutory audits we will if required prepare audited accounts for your business.

 

Audit Exemption:

If your business is incorporated (is operating as a company) it may not necessarily require audited accounts. The company may qualify for audit exemption. Small companies more often than not do not need to go to the expense of preparing full audited accounts. Talk to us and we will advise you.
